Unfortunately, Light The Candle Co does not accept returns. We understand you will not be able to sample the scents prior to purchase, so we encourage you to possibly offer it to someone who would enjoy it. 

If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, with photos attached to info@lightthecandleco.com + we will send a replacement. 

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

We offer $9  flat rate U.S shipping for all orders under $75 + free U.S shipping for orders over $75. 

For international orders, shipping is calculated during checkout.

 LTCC is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS.
