HOW CAN I SEE MY BALANCE?
Login onto our website & click the blue rewards button with the tag on the lower right hand corner of the screen. On mobile browsers, the button will just appear as a tag. Your balance will be accessible at the top of the launcher.
I ALREADY FOLLOW YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA, HOW DO I GET POINTS?
Just simply launch the rewards page and follow us through that platform.
WHY DOESN'T MY BALANCE INCLUDE MY RECENT PURCHASE?
You must obtain a customer account in order to collect points for rewards. If you do not have an account you must create one before you make your purchase. If you already have an account and the points are not reflected, please email us at info@lightthecandleco.com with your order number. If you create an account after you’ve completed your purchase, please email us and we will manually add your points.
